Not only has Sierra Nevada stepped up and offered help to those impacted by the campfire blaze, SNBC has a new very special IPA in which 100% of the sales will go to disaster relief victims to restart and rebuild. They named this special brew… Resilience IPA, you’ll find this one of a kind brew in cans as well as on draft this January. To top off the helping hands of SNBC with a new brew and assisting those impacted, they decided to throw a thanksgiving dinner for those who have been displaced by the fire. From the spokesperson of SNBC, “Our owner realized that if we cooked the potatoes in our brew kettle (where we make beer), we could do about 1,000 pounds of mashed potatoes at a time,” said Robin Gregory, a spokeswoman for the brewery. “So we are indeed cooking mashed potatoes in the brew kettle.”
